摘　　要：就业状况是衡量高校人才培养质量的重要标准,然而当前以"就业率"为导向的就业评价,促使高校为了声誉过于追求数字,严重制约着高校毕业生就业工作的良性发展,正确分析高校毕业生就业率与就业质量之间的关系,对于构建科学合理的就业评价标准及其指标体系有重要的指导意义。The employment situation is an important standard to measure the quality of personnel training of the colleges and universities. However employment evaluation to ＂employment rate＂ oriented the University in order to reputation over the pursuit of digital. This badly restricts the benign development of employment of college graduates. Correct analysis of the relation between the employment rate of college graduates and employment quality has important guiding significance for the construction of employment.
