摘　　要：近年来随着市场经济的发展,功利化的倾向在学术界蔓延和发展,学术不端的现象屡见报端。通过对学术不端行为含义和表现的界定以及产生学术不端行为的内外因分析,并提出解决问题的一些思考和建议,旨在对治理高校学术不端行为、净化高校学术风气、促进学术发展起到一定借鉴作用。In recent years, with the development of market economy, utilitarian tendency in academia spread and development of academic misconduct phenomenon often found in newspapers. By academic misconduct defined meanings and manifestations as well as internal and external academie misconduct arising due analysis, and proposed some thought and proposals to solve the problem, designed to play a reference to governance academic misconduct, purify university academic atmosphere, and promote academic development.
