摘　　要：现代化是我们现在仍在孜孜以求的未竟事业。现代化的关键是人的现代化,人的现代化的关键则是人格的现代化。中国传统人格现代化的路向是:从依附型人格转型到独立型人格,从等级型人格转型到平等型人格,从双重型人格转型到同一型人格,从伦理型人格转型到法律型人格。Modernization is the unfinished business we are still pursued. The key of Modernization is the modem man, whose key is the modernization personality. Chinese traditional personality modem way forward： dependent personality from the transition to an independent personality, personality transition from grade to equal personality, personality transformation from a double to the same type of personality, personality transformation from ethics to legal personality.
