摘　　要：新城疫病毒长春株 (NDV CC株 )经生物学及分子生物学特性研究证明为新城疫病毒弱毒株 ,以NDV CC毒株制成弱毒疫苗 ,采用饮水、滴鼻和肌肉注射免疫等方式 ,分别免疫 7日龄雏鸡 ,免疫鸡未出现不良反应。免疫后 7d HI效价为 2 5以上 ,6 0 d后均能维持较高的 HI值 ,免疫后 1 4 d用 NDV强毒攻击 ,其保护率可达到 1 0 0 % (1 0 /1 0 ):The Changchun strain of Newcastle disease virus(NDV) was proved one avirulent by its biological characteristics and sequences analysis of the F gene and HN gene.In this test,the Changchun strain of NDV was used to vaccinate 7 day old chickens by dripping nose,drinking water and intramuscular injection.The vaccine virus was diluted in distilled water from 10 -2 to 10 -5 ,each group has 15 chickens.When they vaccinated 14 days,10 chickens of each group were challenged with NDV F 48 E 9 strain.After challenged,One chicken died in drinking nose of the group 10 -5 ,the other groups were survival (10/10).The control group had one survival (1/10).The results showed that the Changchun strain NDV is safe for 7 day old and it can be used as avirulent vaccine.
