摘  要:IBIT球形压痕测试装置是基于球形压痕技术的材料微小区域力学性能测试系统,在使用触摸屏的情况下,存在数据失真、载荷位移曲线不能实时显示等问题.为解决上述问题,采用计算机代替触摸屏与PLC进行通信交流,实现对电机运动的控制与对载荷、位移数据的采集,利用由Delphi编程软件开发的P-h数据采集程序可以向欧姆龙PLC发送和接受FINS格式命令.试验表明,所开发的P-h数据采集程序满足控制要求,采用计算机控制能够减小人为因素以及数据在不同电气元件间传输的影响,从而获得更加准确的数据与实时显示的P-h曲线,同时还可以简化数据处理过程.The instrumented ball indentation testing (IBIT) device is a testing system for evaluating the micro-region mechanical properties of materials based on the spherical indentation technique. When the touch screen was uesd, there existed the data distortion, and the real-time display of P-h curve could not be realized. In order to solve the above-mentioned problems, the touch screen was replaced by the computer to communicate with the PLC for controlling the motor movement and collecting both load and displacement data. The P-h data acquisition program developed with Delphi programming software was used for sending and receiving the FINS format commands to Omron PLC. The experiments show that the developed P-h data acquisition program is able to fulfill the controlling requirements, and the effect from human factors and data transfer between the different electrical components can be reduced due to the adoption of computer control. As a result, more accurate data are obtained, and the real-time display of P-h curve is realized. Meanwhile, the data processing can be simplified.
