摘  要:为了对斜齿锥齿轮进行精确建模与加工仿真,在对球面渐开线和斜齿锥齿轮齿面生成原理进行研究的基础上,推导了斜齿锥齿轮基圆锥面上的螺旋线方程和球面渐开线对称面的位置,提出了一种基于三维造型软件UG和CATIA的斜齿锥齿轮精确建模方法.利用UG和CATIA的相关功能建立了一个左旋斜齿锥齿轮的三维模型并对其进行了加工仿真.仿真结果表明,设计的建模方法理论正确、简便可行,为斜齿锥齿轮的有限元分析、加工仿真和自动编程等提供了依据.In order to perform the precise modeling and machining simulation for the skew bevel gear, the helix equation on the base cone surface of skew bevel gear and the position of symmetrical plane of spherical involute were derived based on the research on the generation principle of both spherical involute and tooth surface of skew bevel gear. An accurate modeling method for skew bevel gear based on the three-dimensional modeling software UG and CATIA was proposed. The three-dimensional model for one left-hand skew bevel gear was established with the related functions of UG and CATIA, and then the machining simulation of skew bevel gear was carded out. The results show that the proposed modeling method is correct, simple, and feasible. In addition, the proposed modeling method can provide a basis for the finite element analysis, machining simulation and automatic programming of skew bevel gear.
