改良扩切术治疗陈旧性肛裂62例疗效观察

摘　　要：目的：探讨改良扩切术（改良扩肛加开放内括约肌侧切术）治疗陈旧性肛裂的临床疗效。方法：对62例陈旧性肛裂患者运用该方法治疗。结果：62例患者全部治愈,愈合时间11~20天,随访0.5~1年,复发1例。结论：改良扩肛加开放内括约肌侧切术具有出血少、疼痛轻、感染少、复发率低。Objective:The objective of the study was to observe the therapeutic efficacy of the improved procedure of anus and anal canal dilatation plus open lateral incision of the inner sphincter(AD-OIIS)in the treatment of Chronic anal fissure.Methods:62 patients with Chronic anal fissure underwent this procedure.Results:all the patients were cured,the healing duration of time was 11~20 days.The recurrence was found in one case during the follow Up of 0.5~1 year.Conclusions:It is concluded that this procedure is of such advantages as less bleeding,less pain,less infection and lower recurrence.
