摘　　要：目的:探讨ICU年轻护士心理压力的影响因素:精神紧张,环境特殊,护理经验不足,沟通能力差,职业损伤,护理文书书写繁重。应对措施:加强自身调节,强化专科知识及操作技能,进行心理疏导,加强自身防护,简化护理记录书写,从而提高护士工作效率,减轻心理负担,从而更好地为患者提供优质服务。ICU nurses＇ psychological stress factors：mental tension,the special environment,nursing experience shortage, poor communication skills,occupation injury, nursing documents writing heavy.Measures of：strengthening self regulation,strengthen the specialized knowledge and operation skill,psychological counseling,to strengthen their own protection,to simplify the writing of nursing records,thereby improving nurses＇ work efficiency,reduce the psychological burden,thus better for patients to provide quality services.
