超声下观察孕囊大小对药物流产效果的影响

摘　　要：目的:探讨孕囊大小对药物流产效果的影响。方法:对375例药物流产的患者,依据孕囊大小分为A组(孕囊最大径<2.0cm),B组(孕囊最大径≥2.0cm),在超声下观察分析其流产效果。结果:A组完全流产率91.2%、B组完全流产率81.3%,二者之间有统计学差异(P<0.01)。两组间有效率、失败率均无统计学差异(P>0.05)。结论:孕囊较小者流产效果较好,完全流产率高;药物流产时机选择孕囊<2.0cm时较好。Objective：To observe the effect of the size of gestaional sac on medical abortion by ultrasound.Methods：According to the size of the gestational sac,375 cases of medical abortion patients were divided into group A（the longest length of gestational sac 〈 2.0cm）and group B（the longest length of gestational sac 〉12.0cm）,observe and analysis the effect of abortion.Results：group A complete abortion rate of 91.2%,group B complete abortion rate of 81.3% ,there is significant difference between the two groups.There is no difference about effective rate and failure rate between the two groups. Conclusion：the smaller the gestational sac is,the better medical abortion,the time of medical abortion should chose the time when gestational sac less than 2.0cm.
