摘 要:采用人工气候箱砂培的方法研究了不同抗性的三种偃麦草属植物幼苗在干旱、盐渍交叉逆境下生理特性的变化与交叉适应的关系。结果表明,三种偃麦草属植物幼苗经适度干旱、盐渍单一逆境处理后,RC、MDA含量、Pro含量、SP含量及POD活性等指标较对照均有显著升高,苗高显著降低;经交叉逆境处理后,上述各指标较单一逆境处理存在明显差异,其中RC及MDA含量明显降低,Pro含量、SP含量及POD活性等指标明显增强,苗高差异不显著。偃麦草属植物幼苗对干旱、盐渍相互交叉处理存在明显的交叉适应现象,经一种逆境处理后可提高对另一逆境的抗性。线性相关分析显示,在干旱、盐渍及其交叉逆境下,三种材料相比各项生理指标线性相关性总体趋势基本一致,但也存在部分差异。Using the method of sand culture in artificial illumination incubator,the relationships between physiological characteristics and cross-adaptation of three Elytrigia seedlings with different resistance under cross-stress of drought and salinity were studied.The results showed that the content of relative permeability (RC),malondialdehyde (MDA),proline,soluble protein (SP) and activity of peroxidase (POD) significantly increased compared to the control in the seedlings of the three Elytrigia under moderate single stress above mentioned,however,only the height of seedlings declined.There was significant difference among above physiological indices under cross stress of drought and salinity,which caused the distinct decrease in RC and MDA content,but a significant increase of proline content,SP content and POD activity were observed under single stress condition,and there was no difference in seedling height.The results indicated that there was clear cross adaptation in three Elytrigia seedlings under the cross treatment of drought and salinity,drought stress can increase the resistant ability to salinity,and vice versa.In addition,under the cross stress of drought and salinity,the linear correlation among physiological indices showed a largely identical trends,but part of differences exist in a certain extent.
