摘  要:采用人工模拟低温处理4种驼绒藜属植物材料的枝条进行耐寒性评价,探讨材料和季节间植物耐寒性和生理基础差异。结果表明在逐渐降温(室温、0℃、-10℃、-20℃、-30℃各10d)处理下,驼绒藜属植物的低温伤害率在材料间和季节间的差异达到极显著和显著水平,该处理可以作为驼绒藜属植物人工模拟半致死低温处理的适合方法。生理基础研究结果显示,驼绒藜属植物不同材料间和不同季节间耐寒性生理基础比较一致,其中细胞伤害过程中丙二醛为主要伤害物质,蛋白质为主要耐寒性物质。Since the over wintering rates of Ceratoides under natural conditions are high in Inner Mongolia area,it is not easy to correctly evaluate its cold resistance,so the artificial low temperature treatment for evaluation of cold tolerance of 4 materials' branches of 3 species of Ceratoides was used in the study to study the differences of plant cold resistance and physiological basis among materials and seasons.The resuits showed that gradually lowering temperature (room temperature,0 ℃,10 ℃,-20 ℃,-30 ℃ 10d)was good for Ceratoides express cold tolerance gene,there were very significant differences in damage rates among materials and seasons,The treatment could be regarded as the suitable methods for not lethal low temperature treatment of Ceratoides.The cold resistance of physiological basis of Ceratoides showed consistent tendency among different materials and seasons,MDA was the main damage material,protein was the main cold resistance matter.
