Determination of the Protein Digestibilities of Double low Rapeseed Meal in vitro with Pepsin and Pancreatin Hydrolysis and Dialysis Cell Method

摘  要:采用胃蛋白酶 胰蛋白酶两步水解双低菜籽饼粕样品 ,并用特定分子量拦截值的透析袋移出小分子的酶解产物的方法 ,离体测定了 3个中国双低菜籽饼粕与 1个加拿大卡诺拉饼粕的蛋白质消化率。试验结果表明 ,用本方法离体测定的卡诺拉粕蛋白质的消化率 (73.5 9% )与猪回肠末端和成年公鸡活体测定的结果相当一致 ,证明本方法在预测双低菜籽饼粕蛋白质的消化率时准确可靠。The in vitro protein digestibilities of 3 varieties of Chinese double low rapeseed and 1 Canadian canola were determined following the digestion of the samples with pepsin and pancreatin enzymes, and the dialysis of the the hydrolysis products with a molecular weight cut off value of 12?000~14?000. The results show that the in vitro protein digestibility of canopla meal determined by this procedure agrees very well with recently reported 70% and 72% values determined in vitro at the ileal level of pigs for the use of Canadian commercial meal and in the low glucosinolate rapeseed meal from Finland respectively, which suggests that this procedure is very valid to predict the protein digestibility of double low rapeseed meal; and also reveals the effect of processing technology on the quality of double low rapeseed meal.\;
