摘　　要：介绍了HSFV-3型调频发射机概况和信号与系统流程,并简要给出调频同步广播的技术要求。根据原理图着重分析了整机系统的控制原理,并最初采用KG316T微电脑钟控定时开关为核心的时控电路,经进一步改进,最终选用ZYT15微电脑钟控定时开关为核心的时控电路,使发射机能够做到安全可靠的定时自动开关机,解决了人工误开漏播的现象,进一步保证了调频广播的安全播出。The profiles and signal system process of HSFV -3 FM transmitter is described, as well as the technical requirements of FM synchronous broadcasting. According to the schematic diagram analysis, KG316T is initially used as the core of control circuit, which is microcomputer clock - controlled time switch. ZYT15, the microcomputer clock - controlled time switch is chosen as the final core of control circuits upon further improved. Time switch of the transmitter can be a safe and reliable machine with avoiding artificial misoperation,which ensures secure FM radio broadcast.
