摘　　要：介绍了一种将求解指派问题的匈牙利法推广到求解一般运输问题的方法，并建立了确定运输问题初始方案的广义匈牙利法。In this paper the author spreads the Hungarian method which reasons out the answers of appointedproblclns to the solution of general transportational problems, and therefore, sets up the generalized Hungari－an method of establishing the primary plan for transportational problems.
