摘  要:由于悬点载荷的波动,使得抽油机必须加载平衡重才能实现抽油机的平衡。平衡重位置固定时,只有停机才能对平衡转矩进行调节,无法满足井况变化时悬点载荷的动态变化需求。为实现井况变化时抽油机不停机自动调节平衡转矩,设计的抽油机游梁平衡自动调节装置实现了抽油机的节能降耗,为数字化抽油机的研究提供了很好的设计方案,并针对设计方案建立了传动机构的动力学模型,对理论载荷工况下动力性能进行了对比分析。Pumping units are maintained in balance only by loading counterweights for the asym- metry of net well load. The parameter of the torque due to counterweight is fixed,so it can not be regulated unless the pumping units are in a halt. Therefore,it can not meet the requirement of the dynamic changes of net well load varying with the well state. This paper presents an automatic beam counterbalance regulating device for pumping units which can regulate the counterbalance torque automatically according to the state of the well without stopping the units. This device pro- vides a good program for studying of digital pumping units and results in electrical savings both in demand and in consumption,thus reducing total electrical costs. Kinetic model of transmissionmechanism is constructed according to the program. In addition,the comparison of kinetic charac- teristics in loading state is illustrated.
