摘 要:控压钻井节流阀是钻井系统中控制压力的关键部件,控制系统通过一定策略来改变阀的开度从而快速、精确地控制井口压力,要求节流阀开度和阀两端压降呈近似线性关系。根据节流阀流量、压差与过流面积的数学关系,采用曲线包络的数学方法建立了控压钻井节流阀阀芯轮廓线的数学模型,绘制出开度-压降呈线性关系的阀芯轮廓曲线,并通过计算各个开度下的过流面积和压降对所建模型进行了验证。该数学模型可针对不同工况下的MPD节流阀设计提供理论依据,具有一定的工程实际意义。Managed pressure drilling (MPD) is a drilling technology which could control the pres- sure automatically in the drilling process. The choke valve is one core components in pressure con- trolling, through certain strategies, the control system rapidly change the throttling area of the choke valve to control the wellbore pressure. And the choke valve is requested to meet the open- ing-pressure drop linear relationship. According to the mathematical relationship between flow, pressure drop and flow area, the mathematical model of the contour line of the valve trim is de- duced by adopting the curve-envelope method. The contour line of the valve trim which conform to the opening-pressure drop linear relationship is drawn and verified through the calculation of flow area and pressure differential in each opening. This mathematical model could provide a theo- ry basis for the design of MPD choke valve under different conditions, and it is also full of realistic meanings in engineering.
