复方玄驹胶囊联合小剂量十一酸睾酮治疗迟发性性腺功能减退伴勃起功能障碍患者临床观察

摘　　要：目的观察复方玄驹胶囊联合小剂量十一酸睾酮胶丸治疗迟发性性腺功能减退（LOH）伴勃起功能障碍（ED）患者临床疗效。方法符合纳入标准的100例LOH伴ED患者随机分对照组（十一酸睾酮胶丸治疗）及联合组（复方玄驹胶囊＋小剂量十一酸睾酮胶丸治疗）。分别比较组内和组间治疗前、后的LOH症状、IIEF-5评分、E2、T、PSA、前列腺大小和骨密度等变化。结果LOH症状、IIEF-5评分、骨密度及有关性激素的变化表明联合组疗效显著优于对照组。结论复方玄驹胶囊联合小剂量十一酸睾酮胶丸治疗LOH伴ED患者疗效确切，未见明显的补充雄激素带来的副作用，为LOH伴ED患者带来新的治疗方法。Objective To evaluate the clinical efficacy of compound Xuanju capsules combined with a low dosage Testostereone undecanoate capsules in the treatment of patients with LOH accompanied with ED. Methods Total of 100 patients with LOH accompanied with ED conforming to the inclusion criteria were randomly divided into the control group （treated by Testostereone undecanoate capsules） and the test group （treated by compound Xuanju capsules combined with a low dosage of Testostereone undecanoate capsules）. The LOH symptom, IIEF-5, E2, TT, PSA, size of prostate gland and bone mineral density were comparatively analyzed in the interior-group and inter-group before and after treatment. Results The LOH symptom, IIEF-5, bone mineral density and relative sex hormone level in the test group were significantly improved compared with those in the control group. Conclusion Combined compound Xuanju capsules and Testostereone undecanoate capsules had definite effect and little side effect in the treatment of patients with LOH accompanied with ED, it might be a new treatment method for patients with LOH accompanied with ED.
