摘　　要：MEDIWSGrid项目设计了在开放式网格服务体系结构OGSA环境下遵循DICOM标准的医院信息系统集成平台,通过MEDIWSGrid网关将不同医院的信息系统通过该网格平台组成范围更大的虚拟医院系统,并以分布式服务的方式实现联邦的认证与授权机制,从而实现区域内医疗信息的共享。An integrating platform was designed DICOM Standard with MEDIWSGrid project under Open Grid Services Architecture（OGSA）. Through the MEDIWSGrid gateways more different informa-tion systems of the different hospitals have been integrated into a broader and virtual hospital system un-der the grid platform. The grid system has also realized federal authentication and authorization with dis-tributed services,to achieve the healthcare information sharing with the platform.
