中频电疗及超短波综合治疗慢性非细菌性前列腺炎疗效分析

摘　　要：目的:观察中频电疗及超短波治疗慢性非细菌性前列腺炎的疗效。方法:120例随机分为每组60例,治疗组用中频电疗加超短波治疗,对照组仅用中频电疗,观察症状、体征的变化。结果:总有效率治疗组98%,对照组62%,两组比较有显著性差异(P<0.01)。结论:中频电疗及超短波综合治疗慢性非细菌性前列腺炎疗效显著。Qbjective： To observe zhe therapeutic effect of medium frequency electrical stimulation combined with ultrashort wave on chronic nonbasterial prostatitis Method： 120 patients were randomly divided into a treatment group （ n=60 ） treated with medium frequency electrical stimulation combined with ultrashort wave, and a contrli group （ n=60 ） treated with medium frequency electrical stimulation only , zhe difference of symptomsand signs between pre-treatment and post-treatment were observed.Result ： The effective rate was 98 % in zhe treatment group and 62% in zhe control group with a very significant difference between the two groups （p 〈 0.01 ） .Conclusion： Medium frequency electrical stimulation combined with ultrashort wave has a better therapeutic effect on chronic nonbasterial prostatifis.
