摘　　要：前轮罩附近的线路因长期暴露在外界环境中,不仅容易损坏、缩短使用寿命,还会因轮胎上的泥水甩到电线线束上引起短路,带来安全隐患。This article provided a series of suggestions and ideas for adjustment and improvement of designing of front extension to side panel of low-floor bus. For purpose of reasonable structure and easy maintenance, the new design should have a seal-groove to keep wire from opening to the air so that wire is able to keep a longer service life and a good safety as well as beauty exterior due to being kept from exposed directly to tyre,muddy and other means of abrase.
