摘  要:为了探索低品质原燃料条件下保持高炉顺行的合理热制度,推导出红钢3号高炉新的理论燃烧温度经验公式。对新旧经验公式进行对比分析,得出原燃料条件改变时风温、富氧率、煤比、鼓风湿度对高炉理论燃烧温度的影响。结果表明:原燃料条件不同,保持高炉顺行需要的理论燃烧温度不同;当原燃料条件变差时,保持高炉顺行的理论燃烧温度降低。To explore reasonable thermal system for blast furnace smooth operation under poor condition of fuel and raw materials, new empirical formulas to calculate the theoretical combustion temperature for No. 3 BF of Honghe Iron and Steel Co. ,Ltd. are given in this paper. On the basis of comparison of the new empirical formulas with old one, the influences of blast temperature, oxygen enrichment rate, coal injection rate, blast humidity on the theoretical combustion temperature under changed condition of fuel and raw materials are determined. The results indicate that the theoretical combustion temperature is changed with the condition of fuel and raw materials. For example, in a poor condition of fuel and raw materials, the theoretical combustion temperature is lower so as to maintain smooth operation of blast furnace.
