摘　　要：本文通过对漳河水库二干渠汛期雨洪及灌溉期渠道高水位运行存在的防汛安全问题进行研究,探讨利用董岗节制闸配套建设泄洪闸以及三星寺、刘冲串联水库联合调度运用,达到分泄洪水、确保二干渠工程安全的方案,同时根据实测水文资料对三星寺、刘冲串联水库进行了调洪演算。The flood control safety problems in Zhanghe River Reservoir II Canal flood period storm-water and irrigation period canal high water level operation are studied in this paper. The program of achieving flood shunting and ensuring safety of II canal project by supporting construction of flood release sluice in Donggang regulation sluice as well as joint dispatching of Sanxing Temple and Liuchong Tandem Reservoir is discussed. Meanwhile,flood dispatch on Sanxing Temple and Liuchong Tandem Reservoir is calculated according to measured hydrological data.
