某中心飞行人员正常高值血压与心血管危险因素的相关性

摘　　要：目的探讨正常高值血压飞行人员与心血管危险因素的相关性,为预防飞行人员心血管疾病的发生提供参考依据。方法根据血压水平,将600名飞行人员分为正常血压组、正常高值血压低组(高值低组)及正常高值血压高组(高值高组),并将三组人员的体质量指数(body mass index,BMI)、血清总胆固醇(total cholesterol,TC)、甘油三酯(triglyceride,TG)、高密度脂蛋白(high density lipoprotein,HDL)、低密度脂蛋白(low density lipoprotein,LDL)、血尿酸(uric acid,UA)、空腹血糖(fasting plasma glucose,FPG)等指标进行比较。结果高值低组飞行人员BMI、UA、TC、TG、LDL水平均低于高值高组,而高于正常血压组(F=25.87、63.00、6.13、59.44、19.80,P<0.05),3组间年龄、FPG、HDL水平无明显差异(F=0.937、0.95、1.49,P>0.05)。结论高值高组和高值低组飞行人员较正常血压组存在更多的心血管危险因素,应注重对这部分飞行人员危险因素的干预和控制。Objective To investigate and analysis the epidemic features of cardiovascular risk factors in the flying personnel wit high normal blood pressure and provide reference for cardiovascular disease prevention. Methods Accord- ing to the blood pressure level, 600 flying personnel were divided into normal blood pressure group, high normal blood pressure group 1 （relatively low） and high normal blood pressure group 2 （relatively high）. Body mass index （BMI）, to- tal cholesterol （TC）, triglyceride （TG）, high density lipoprotein （HDL）, low density lipoprotein （LDL）, uric acid （UA）, fasting plasma glucose （FPG） and age were compared between the three groups. Results Levels of BMI, UA, TC, TG, LDL in high normal blood pressure group 1 were lower than those in high normal blood pressure group 2, and higher than those in the normal blood pressure group （F= 25.87, 63. 00, 6. 13, 59. 44, 19. 80, P〉0. 05）. There was no significant difference on the levels of age, FPG, HDL in the three groups（f= 0. 94, 0. 95, 1.49,P〈0. 05）. Conclusion The flying personnel with high normal blood pressure run more cardiovascular risk factors than those with normal blood pressure. More interventions for controlling the cardiovascular risk factors for them are suggested.
