医护同组责任制护理在烧伤ICU的实践

摘　　要：目的 探讨在烧伤ICU应用医护同组责任制护理模式的方法和效果.方法 2011年3～9月烧伤ICU采用医护同组责任制护理模式,比较实施该模式前后患者、护士、医生的满意度和护理质量评分.结果 实施医护同组责任制护理后,患者、护士、医生满意度、护理质量评分均优于实施前（P＜0.01）.结论 医护同组责任制护理提高了护理服务质量,提高了医生、护士、患者满意度,可以尝试在其他科室推广.Objective To probe into the method and effects of nurse-physician care team responsibility system in burn intensive care units（ICU）. Methods The nurse-physician care team responsibility system was implemented in burn ICU from March to September 2011. The patient satisfaction,nurse satisfaction,physician satisfaction and quality of care were compared before and after the reform. Results After the implementation of nurse-physician care team responsibility system,the patient satisfaction,nurse satisfaction,physician satisfaction and quality of care were significantly higher than before（P〈0.01）. Conclusion Nurse-physician care team responsibility system can improve the quality of care,increase patient satisfaction,nurse satisfaction and physician satisfaction.
