改良型312经络锻炼法在胃外科优质护理病房中的运用

摘　　要：目的在开展优质护理服务示范病房中尝试开展以专科护理为特色的优质护理活动,指导胃癌术后患者行改良型"312"经络锻炼,促进患者胃肠功能尽快恢复。方法选取2011年1月至2012年5月福建医科大学附属协和医院胃外科择期施行腹腔镜辅助胃癌根治手术的患者98例,按入院登记号尾数的单双号顺序分为两组:观察组50例,对照组48例。对照组行术后常规护理,观察组术后在常规护理基础上进行改良型"312"经络锻炼,比较两组患者术后肠功能恢复情况以及对优质护理的评价。结果观察组患者术后肠功能恢复早于对照组(P<0.01),患者满意度调查高于对照组(P<0.05)。结论改良型"312"经络锻炼能够缩短胃肠功能恢复时间;积极指导患者康复锻炼能进一步提高优质护理病房的满意度。Objective To evaluate the effects of modified forms of ＂312＂ meridian exercise for patients with gastrointestinal surgery. Methods Ninety-eight patients with laparoscopy-assisted radical operation for gastric cancer were divided into two groups. The 48 patients in the control group received routine postoperative care. In addition,the 50 patients in the i experimental group performed modified forms of ＂312＂ meridian exercise. The recovery time of gastrointestinal function and patient satisfction were compared between the two groups. Results The recovery time of gastrointestinal function was significantly shorter in the experimental group than that of the control group（P〈0.01 ）; patient satisfaction in the experimental group was significantly higher than that of the control group（P〈0.05）. Conclusion The modified forms of ＂312＂ meridian exercise can shorten the recovery time of gastrointestinal function and increase patient satisfaction.
