摘　　要：探讨双血供胸大肌皮瓣修补咽颈部缺损的可行性。介绍应用双血供胸大肌皮瓣修补咽颈部缺损36例,窄蒂胸大肌皮瓣修补咽颈部缺损7例。结果前者愈合23例,出血3例,感染5例,咽瘘5例,皮瓣坏死无;后者愈合2例,出血1例,感染1例,咽瘘2例,皮瓣坏死1例。双血供胸大肌皮瓣修补咽颈部缺损更利于术后愈合、预防咽瘘。To explore the feasibility of dual blood supply of the pectoralis major muscle flap for reconstruction in the pharynx and neck defects. Introduces the application of dual blood supply of the pectoralis major pectoralis major muscle flap for reconstruction in the pharynx and neck defects from the defect in the 36 cases, narrow pedicle pectoralis major muscle flap to repair the pharynx and neck defects in 7 cases. Former： healing in 23 cases, 3 cases of bleeding, infection in 3 cases, 5 cases of pharyngeal fistula, no flap necrosis, The latter： healed two cases, one case of bleeding, infection in one case, two cases of pharyngeal fistula, flap necrosis in one case . Dual blood supply of the pectoralis major muscle flap for reconstruction in the pharynx and neck defects is more conducive to healing, prevention of pharyngeal fistula after surgery.
