基于SCI-E的我国生物信息学领域论文产出分析

摘　　要：采用文献计量学方法,以SCI-EXPANDED为数据来源,收集2003-2012年生物信息学论文,统计论文发表年度、来源期刊、论文作者、被引频次、发文机构、发文地区以及学科领域,以揭示我国生物信息学研究现状和发展趋势。Based on SCI - EXPANDED database, the paper applies bibliometric method and collects research literatures of bioinformatics from 2003 to 2012, carries out statistical analysis from the aspects of publishing year, source journals, authors, citation frequency, publishing agencies, publishing area, as well as subject category, so as to reveal the research situation and development tendency of bioinformatics in China.
