摘　　要：石脑油储罐在介质存储的过程中会存在H2S腐蚀及腐蚀产物自燃导致火灾等严重后果,本文以中石化天津分公司烯烃部U-FB112A石脑油储罐为例分析了石脑油储罐的腐蚀机理,并从控制介质中的S含量,防腐处理,改造脱水系统,加强储罐检修4个方面提出了相应的防护对策。There existed H2S corrosion in naphtha tanks in the process of storaging petroleum medium, when corrosion products self-ignited, it could cause fire. Taking naphtha tanks U-FB 112A of Tianjin SINOPEC for example, The article analysed the corrosion mechanisem, and put forwards counter measures in 4 aspects of controlling the content of sulfer, carrying out anticorrosion treatment, reforming the dewater system and enhancing tank maintenance.
