摘　　要：某厂厂房钢结构应用的新型防腐材料水性带锈涂料,在涂装施工应用过程中和初期发生锈蚀、开裂等缺陷,本文从材料本身分析原因,此种材料自身的局限性,并提出相关建议,降低类似缺陷失效事件发生的风险概率。Corrosion＆cracking and other defects occured during the coating application when the water-based rusted painting is applicated in steel structure workshop, this article analyzes the reasons for the defects from the material itself and the limitations of the material itself.I repesent the related proposal, it reduces the posibility of failure risk in similar events.
