铅酸蓄电池湿储存新方法的实验研究

摘  要:汽车启动用铅酸蓄电池在湿储存过程中由于自放电 ,会发生自然失效乃至损坏。传统的低温、低电解液密度、注水等储存方法虽然有效 ,但不利于推广。通过实验室及现场对比试验研究 ,提出加添加剂储存和密封低氧储存两种新的储存方法 ,可使无故障铅酸蓄电池湿储存 6个月 ,容量损失小于 40 % ,而且实施方便 ,储存成本低。其中 ,加添加剂储存方法为 :将蓄电池充足电后 ,调匀电解液密度 ,并在电解液中加入适量的纯净皓矾 ,再用小电流短时充电 ,使之与电解液混合均匀 ,然后清洁蓄电池表面 ,置于室内存放 ;密封低氧储存方法为 :将充足电的蓄电池电解液密度调整均匀 ,再将蓄电池表面擦拭干净 ,与适量的除氧剂一起 ,装入高压聚乙烯膜制成的密封袋中可靠密封 ,避光储存于室内。Because of self-discharge in the process of hydro-storage, the lead-acid battery for starting、 lighting and igniting did not work or was out of order. Traditionally, it is effective to make use of low temperature storage 、 low density storage、 water flooding storage、 dehydrated storage、 micro-current charge storage and time charge storage, but they are not convenient to extend the applications. Through experiments, the additive- storage and the low-oxygen hermetization storage were developed. The paper puts forward the mechanism and the experiment process in detail. It is proved that by applying the abovementioned methods, the lead-acid battery can be stored for six months without failure, with less than 40% loss of capacity and it convenient to store the batteries with low storage cost.
