摘 要:目的:研究神经肽K物质对小鼠烫伤创面愈合的影响及机制。方法:建立小鼠烫面创伤模型,检测小鼠创面K物质含量;将小鼠分为3组分别对小鼠创面给予K物质、K物质拮抗剂和生理盐水,用药第5、9天后分别进行创面愈合率、组织病理学分析,检测转化生长因子α(TGF-α)、IL-1、IL-6和肿瘤坏死因子-α(TNF-α)浓度,并体外测定K物质对小鼠成纤维细胞L929增殖的影响。结果:在小鼠创伤模型中K物质含量为155 ng/g,对照组为127 ng/g;给予K物质后能够加速小鼠创面的愈合,而给予K物质拮抗剂使小鼠创面愈合减慢;体外细胞实验表明K物质能促进小鼠成纤维细胞的增殖;结论 K物质能加速小鼠创面愈合。Objective: To study the relation between substance K and mice wound healing. Methods: Mice wound model was established, the concentration of substance K in wound tissue was measured by ELISA; then the model mice were divided into three groups and treated with substance K, substance K antagonist and normal saline respectively. In the 5'h and 9th day after treatment, the wound healing rate and TGF-ct, IL-1, IL-6, TNF-ct levels were detected. At last, the promoted effect of substance K on L929 cells in vitro as well as the inhibition effect of substance K antagonist were measured ; Results: The concentration of substance K in wound tissue was 155 ng/g, while in normal tissue was only 127 ng/g; When treated with substance K, the wound healing process was accelerated. On the contrast, when trea- ted with substance K antagonist, the healing process was inhibited; Also, substance K has a positive effect on the proliferation of L929 cells in vitro. Conclusions: Substance K has a positive effect on wound healing.
