摘 要:目的为了充分利用功劳木资源,为生产各种食品,医药品等多糖产品提供重要原料,提取功劳木中的多糖,并进行含量的测定。方法采用热水浸提法充分提取功劳木多糖,绘制葡萄糖标准曲线,利用Sevag法脱蛋白提纯功劳木粗多糖并采用苯酚-硫酸法进行功劳木多糖含量的测定。结果测得样品中多糖的含量为0.689%,回收率为96.66%,RSD=0.158%(n=5)。结论功劳木中含有一定量的多糖,且该方法可作为检测贵港功劳木含量的较方便的方法。Objective In order to make full use of the resource of mahonia to provide important raw material for producing a variety of food products, pharmaceuticals and other polysaccharides products, and then it is necessary to study content determination of polysaccharides of mahonia. Methods With hot water to get the polysaccharides in mahonia as ample as possible, using glucose as standard substance and carrying the further preliminary purification by the method of Scrag at the same time with phenol-sulfuric acid method for content determination of polysaccharides of mahonia. Results The sample was measured the content of polysaecharide was 0.689%,the recovery rate was 96.66%,RSD=O.158% (n=5). Conclusion mahonia contains a certain polysaccharide,and it can be a convenient way to determine the content of polysaecharide in it.
