摘　　要：目的改进高效液相色谱法测定复方感冒灵片中对乙酰氨基酚含量的方法。方法采用高效液相色谱法测定对乙酰氨基酚含量，色谱柱为SHIMADZUVP—ODS150L×4．6ram，流动相为甲醇-0．5％冰醋酸（20：80），流速1．0mL／min，检测波长249nm，柱温：25℃。结果高效液相色谱法中，对乙酰氨基酚在O．0416-O．8320μg范围内线性良好，r=l，平均回收率为98．4％；RSD为1．2％。结论该法操作简便、快速，结果准确。Objective To improve the method of the content determination of acetaminophen in compound Ganmaoling tablets by high-performance liquid chromatography （HPLC）. Methods HPLC was performed for the determination of aeetaminophen by SHIMADZU VP-ODS chromatographic column （150L x 4.6ram） with a mobile phase composed of for methanol - 0.5%,glacial acetic acid （20 ： 80） at the flow rate of 1.0 mL/min. The detection wavelength was 249 nm, and the temperature of the column was 25 C . Results The linear range of acetaminophen was from 0.0416 to 0.8320 μg, r=l, and the average recovery rate was 98.4% with a RSD of 1.2%. Conclusion The operation was simple, rapid and accurate.
