美托洛尔联用稳心颗粒治疗冠心病合并心律失常临床分析

摘　　要：目的探讨美托洛尔联用稳心颗粒治疗冠心病合并心律失常的临床治疗效果及应用价值。方法选择我院治疗的冠心病合并心律失常患者314例,随机分为观察组和对照组,对照组采用美托洛尔治疗,观察组在对照组治疗的基础上联合稳心颗粒治疗,观察两组的临床治疗情况。结果观察组患者治疗效果优于对照组,组间资料经统计学分析比较,差异具有统计学意义(P<0.05)。两组患者服药期间不良反应发生率比较,差异无统计学意义(P>0.05)。结论采用美托洛尔联合稳心颗粒治疗冠心病合并心律失常疗效可靠,改善患者动态心电图情况,不良反应轻微,值得在临床大力推广使用。Objective To explore the clinical effect and application value of the combined use of metoprolol and Wenxin Granules in the treatment of coronary heart disease complicated with arrhythmia. Methods 314 patients with coronary heart disease complicated with arrhythmia who were treated in our hospital were selected and randomly assigned to the observation group and the control group. The control group was given metoprolo treatment and the observation group was given Wenxin granules on the basis of the control group. The clinical effects of the two groups were observed. Results The observation group was better than the control group in the clinical effect. The statistic analysis of the information showed that there was statistically significant difference between the two groups （P〈0.05）. The statistic analysis of the incidence of adverse effects during medication showed that there was no statistically significant difference between the two groups （P 〉 0.05）. Conclusion The combined use of metoprolo and Wenxin granules in the treatment of coronary heart disease complicated with arrhythmia has reliable effect, improves the dynamic electrocardiogram of the patients and causes mild adverse effect, which is worthy of wide clinical promotion and application.
