摘　　要：城市规划的新城市主义理念是伴随着解决工业化后城市物质功能空间问题而逐渐成熟的,自此形成了以城市社区为单元的人居性规划与设计原理。20多年来,全球化与消费文化中人权问题的消长、城市空间人本公正问题日益凸显,促使社会公平的人本价值观问题成为城市空间的核心矛盾,反映出在社会空间层面新城市主义缺少如何构建良好社区的探讨。本文从人本主义城市(社会)生活空间质量观的视角来审视新城市主义社区规划的空间价值观,系统地从空间价值观的角度对其人本性、技术性与实践性理念进行审视。New Urbanism in urban planning concepts, along with solving spatial problems of industrialized urban physical function after maturity. Formed a urban community as a unit of human settlement planning and design principles. More than 20 years, the growth and decline of human rights issues in globalization and consumer culture, humanistic justice an increasingly urban space, reflects the humanistic values of social justice issues as the core contradiction of urban space, reflecting the lack of New Urbanism a good social space dimension of community discussion. This article of trying to from the city of （social） quality from the viewpoint of living space to look at New Urbanism community planning space values, of the system for the first time from a spatial point of view of value to their human nature, examining the technical and practical ideas.
