摘  要:在铝锆碳滑板材料的常规配方(板状刚玉颗粒、电熔锆刚玉、白刚玉微粉、石墨、板状刚玉粉的质量分数分别为55%、20%、10%、3%、12%,同时外加2.5%和4%质量分数的外加物和结合剂)中,以质量分数分别为0、2%、4%、6%、8%、10%的金属铝粉等量取代板状刚玉粉,经混练、成型、干燥后,一部分在生产现场与铝锆碳滑板一起埋炭烧成(1300~1500℃),再分别在冷水中浸泡25h和在隧道窑中于1300~1400℃重烧;另一部分在实验室电炉中于l000℃埋炭保温3h烧成,再在冷水中浸泡25h。检测不同条件下烧成及再处理后试样的常温耐压强度、质量变化率和加热永久线变化率。结果表明:1)随着铝粉加入量的增加,在上述两种条件下烧成后试样及在上速两种条件下烧成居再经冷水浸泡后试样的常温耐压强度均呈增大趋势,但冷水浸泡后试样的常温耐压强度均比浸泡前减小;2)随着铝粉加入量的增加,在生产现场与铝锆碳滑板一起烧成后试样在隧道窑中重烧后,其常温耐压强度逐渐减小,质量变化率和加热永久线变化率逐渐增大。The experimental basic formulation of AI203-ZrO2-C slide plate was 55% (in mass,the same hereinafter) tabular corundum particle, 20% fused zirconia corundum, 10% white fused corundum mi- cropowder,3% graphite, 12% tabular corundum powder, extra 2.5% additive, and extra 4% binder. The green specimens of AI203-ZrO2-C slide plate were prepared by replacing the same quantity of tabular co- rundum powder with aluminum powder (0,2% ,4% ,6% ,8% and 10% ),mixing,shaping and drying. Some green specimens were carbon-embedded fired at ! 300 -] 500 ~C with AIzO3-ZrO2-C slide plate on pro- duction site,soaked in cold water for 25 h,then re-fired at ] 300 -] 400 ~C in a tunnel kiln;some green specimens were carbon-embedded fired at ] 000 ~C for 3 h in an experimental electric furnace,and soaked in cold water for 25 h. The cold crushing strength,mass change rate and permanent change in dimensions on heating of the specimens fired or soaked in cold water under two conditions were determined. The re- suits show that= with aluminum powder addition increasing, the cold crushing strength of specimens after firing or soaking in cold water under two conditions increases, but the cold crushing strength decreases af- ter soaking in cold water;for specimens re-fired in the tunnel kiln,with aluminum powder addition increas- ing, cold crushing strength decreases gradually, mass change rate and permanent change in dimensions on heating increase gradually.
