摘  要:为了使钢包渣线用后镁碳砖物尽其用,研发了钢包用后渣线镁碳砖的梯度利用技术:对于残厚大、表观质量好的用后镁碳砖,经定尺切割加工后直接用于修砌异型坯连铸机中间包工作衬;对于残厚小、表观质量差的用后镁碳砖,加工成不同粒度和品级的再生颗粒料,根据使用要求选用不同的再生颗粒料研制出了再生镁铬碳质涂抹料、高档再生镁碳质涂抹料和低档再生镁碳质涂抹料。钢包用后渣线镁碳砖梯度利用技术在莱钢连铸中间包上应用后,解决了影响中间包寿命的关键技术难题,实现了中间包耐火材料的长寿化和低成本化。The gradient utilizing technology for used MgO-C bricks of ladle slag line was developed to make full use of the used bricks. The used MgO-C bricks with thick residual layer and good apparent quality can be cut and then used for mending tundish working linings in beam blank continuous casters. The used MgO-C bricks with thin residual layer and poor apparent quality were crushed into aggregates with differ- ent sizes and grades. Then reproduced MgO-CrzQ-C coating mix and high and low grades reproduced MgO-C coating mix were developed from the aggregates based on the requirements. This technology has been applied in tundishes of Laiwu Steel ,soLving the key technique problems,prolonging the service life of refractories in tundish and decreasing the final cost.
