摘  要:综合现有文献,介绍了钢铁材料深冷处理技术的研究和应用情况。简述了深冷处理技术的工艺及其对材料性能的影响规律。通过实例详细阐述了钢铁材料的深冷处理机理,指出了残留奥氏体转变为马氏体、晶粒细化及超细弥散碳化物的析出是材料力学性能提高的原因。同时对深冷处理技术在工模具钢、硬质合金及有色金属等领域的应用情况进行了介绍。最后针对深冷处理技术在国内外的研究现状提出了一些观点和展望。State-of-the-arts of research and application on cryogenic treatment of steels were reviewed. The process of cryogenic treatment and its effect on material properties were gived briefly. The mechanism of the cryogenic treatment was discussed by means of some case studies. Moreover, it is argued that the improvement of mechanical properties of steels was mainly ascribed to the martensite transformation of the residual austenite, the grain refinement and the precipitation of ultra-fine dispersion carbide during cryogenic treatments. Meanwhile, the industrial applications of cryogenic treatment in the fields of tool and die steel, cemented carbide and non-ferrous metals were demonstrated. In the end, some recommendation and prospects for cryogenic treatments of metal materials were also proposed.
