摘　　要：目的在医院现有信息系统的基础上充分整合HIS、LIS、PACS存量信息,建立疾病监测信息系统,使单病种监测灵敏、高效。方法采用客户端+管理端模式,分别在临床及管理部门建立无缝对接的工作平台,存量信息整合以减少临床客户端操作,管理端实时监控并具备统计功能。结果监测系统不仅使临床监测科室及职能部门的工作负荷显著降低,而且能减少错报、漏报,提高了监测质量;同时,使信息能及时反馈,加强了医院与疾控机构的无缝链接,使政府有关部门对疫情能适时反应,有效控制。结论单病种监测信息系统使综合医院在流行病防控领域的现有工作实现全面信息化,提高了监测质量。Objective Establish the Disease Monitoring lntormatlon System with the combination ot existing basic hospltat s Information system, and intergrate the information of HIS, LIS, and PACS, in order to develop an efficient and sensitive monitoring method for single disease. Methods Apply the mode of ＂Client and Management＂, a seamless work platform was established between clinical department and management department, between the clinical department and management, to found the seamlessly connected platform, to store and integrated information in order to reduce operation in clinical department and allow management department to have a real-time monitoring system with statistical function. Results Monitoring system not only reduces the workload of both departments, but it also avoids missing and false reporting of the cases, improves the quality of monitoring, allows timely feedback of the information, strengthens the seamless connection between hospital and disease control institutes. It also helps the government to response timely and effectively to control and prevent epidemic of the disease. Conclusion The Single Disease Information system allows the general hospital to achieve comprehensive informationization, improve the quality of monitoring, and provide important information for epidemic prevention and control.
