摘　　要：河北省是钢铁大省,钢铁产业近年来得到快速发展,已成为全国钢铁生产的一支主要力量,在区域及全国工业布局、以及河北省国民经济中占据重要的地位,对河北省的社会经济发展起着重要的支撑作用。本文总结分析了历年来河北省钢铁产业产值与全省重工业产值、工业总产值及国内生产总值的构成比例关系,得出河北省钢铁产业的区位商自2001年以来一直维持在较高的水平,而且发展和演化的趋势表明,钢铁产业在未来较长一段时间内仍然将持续占据着全省工业经济的主导地位。并据此提出了相应调整改革措施和建议。Iron and steel industry has been developing rapidly for the past few years in Hebei province, and become the main force of the national iron and steel production, which occupy the important position in national economy and national industrial layout. Iron and steel industry plays an important supporting role to social and economic development of Hebei province. This paper analyzes the proportional relation of iron and steel industry output value among heavy industry output value, gross value of industrial output and GDP, the results show location quotient of iron and steel industry has been maintained at a high level since 2001, and the trend of the development and evolution shows that the steel industry will still continue to keep the industrial economy dominant position for a long time in the future. Based on the research results, some suggestions and reform measures are put forward.
