摘 要:中国石化彭水页岩气区块上部灰岩地层溶洞裂隙发育,导致漏失频繁,地层古老、岩性致密,可钻性差。为了有效解决上部地层漏失,提高钻井效率,在该区采用了空气钻井技术。介绍了彭水区块的基本情况,并结合实际钻遇地层,进行了空气钻井使用井段的优选,在此基础上详细分析了空气钻井技术在彭水区块的使用情况,评价了其应用效果,并对区块内不同区域钻进方式提出了建议。通过应用空气钻井技术,有效解决了该地区灰岩层段漏失问题,提高了钻井效率,从而降低了钻井生产成本。The upper limestone stratum of Pengshui shale gas block is rich in caves and fractures, which leads to frequent loss circulation. Mean- while ancient stratigraphy and dense lithology cause the poor drillability. In order to effectively solve the problem of loss circulation and increase drilling efficiency, air drilling technology is used in this area. This paper introduces the basic situation of Pengshui block. Meanwhile, combined with the actual drilling stratigraphic, the air drilling well sections are optimized. On this base, the application of air drilling technology in Pengshui block is detailedly analyzed, the effects are evaluated, and the recommendations are proposed about the drilling methods in different regions. By us- ing the air drilling technology, the loss circulation problem is effectively solved and the drilling efficiency is improved, thereby, the drilling costs are reduced.
