摘 要:为了探索高硫铝土矿在稀相反应器中的焙烧脱硫特性,自制了一种模拟悬浮态的分散态焙烧炉,在焙烧炉中对贵州某地的高硫铝土矿进行焙烧脱硫处理,考察了焙烧温度、焙烧时间对脱硫率的影响,通过对脱硫率和脱硫速率的分析,探讨了高硫铝土矿的焙烧脱硫机理。结果表明,分散态焙烧可以实现高硫铝土矿的高效脱硫,能够在短时间内快速脱除大部分硫,脱硫率达到80%左右以后,升高温度或延长焙烧时间对脱硫率的提高影响甚微;焙烧温度650℃、焙烧时间120s时,可以实现75.91%的脱硫率,焙烧矿中的S为0.36%,能够满足我国氧化铝工业的生产要求。In order to research the roasting desulfurization characteristics of high - sulfur bauxite in the dilute phase reactor, a kind of self - made dispersion state roasting furnace was used to roast the high - sulfur bauxite in Guizhou so as to research the influences of roasting temperature and roasting time on the desulfurization efficiency. Based on the analyzing of the desulfurization efficiency and rate, the desulfurization mechanism of high - sulfur bauxite was discussed. The results showed that the high efficiency desulfurlzation could be realized by dispersion roasting and most of sulfur could be rapidly removed in short time. After the desulfurization efficiency of 80% was reached, the higher temperature or longer time had little effects on improvement of the desulfurization efficiency. Under the roasting temperature of 650℃ and roasting time of 120s, the desulfurization efficiency of 75.91% could be realized, the S of roasting bauxite was 0.36% ,which could meet the requirements of alumina production industry in China.
