摘　　要：为了促进国内齿轮油添加剂研发工作的发展,在文献调研的基础上,结合国内润滑油市场的具体情况,对工业齿轮油的性能特点、发展趋势及其对添加剂的要求进行了分析,重点总结了抗氧剂、极压抗磨剂和分散剂的应用现状与趋势。同时根据国内润滑油添加剂的发展现状,对未来齿轮油添加剂如磷氮剂、含硼添加剂和纳米添加剂等的研发工作提出了一些建议和展望。To push the R＆D work of the additives used in gear oils, the properties, developing trends and requirements for these kinds of additive were discussed and summarized based on the situation of domestic lubricants market, especially for the antioxidants, EP/AW additives and dispersants. Moreover, some suggestions and prospects for the research work of additives such as P - N additives, B - containing additives and nanoparticles were put forward according to the status of do- mestic lubricating additives.
