摘　　要：随着现代科学技术的不断发展,互联网应用有了突飞猛进的发展。对于现代互联网技术而言,P2P技术已经成为其重要的应用技术。P2P技术的兴起逐渐成为当今互联网应用模式改革的重要手段。而P2P网络流量的控制手段在整个互联网总流量控制管理中占据的比例也越来越大。P2P网络流量的控制管理技术有效的转变了互联网运运营的模式,将互联网的形式变成一种崭新的模式。With the continuous development of modem science and technology, with rapid development oflntemet applications. For the purposes of the modem Internet technology, P2P technology has become an important application technology. The rise of P2P technology, the Internet today has become an important means of application modes reform. The P2P network traffic control measures in the whole Internet traffic control and management occupies a total proportion is growing. P2P network traffic control and management technology effectively transformed the Internet op business model, in the form of the tnternet into a new mode.
