摘　　要：由于电子信息产业对我国经济的发展有很大贡献,因此急需促进电子信息产业的节能减排。本文分析了电子信息产业节能减排现状,并重点分析电子信息产业节能减排存在的问题,主要是核心基础产业薄弱,没有掌握核心技术;信息产业的规模小、结构不合理;发达国家对节能和环保的要求越来越高,追求产业发展的生态化,以及环境贸易壁垒的升级,并提出了相应对策。Because of the electronic information industry has made great contributions to the economic development of China, so need to promote energy conservation and emissions reduction of electronic information industry. This paper is to analyze the present situation of energy conservation and emissions reduction of electronic information industry, and focuses on analyzing the problems existing in the electronic information industry energy conservation and emissions reduction, mainly is the core basic industry is weak, no grasp core technology; The small scale, unreasonable structure of information industry; Developed countries more and more high to the requirement of energy saving and environmental protection, pursue the ecological industry development, upgrading and environmental barriers to trade, and puts forward the corresponding countermeasures.
