摘　　要：本文阐述了电磁环网解环基本原则及主要解环方式,并以济南500kV/220kV电磁解环网为例,根据其现状及远景电网规划,提出了两种解环方案,并进行了分析计算,一方面可将电网规划与解环规划合理统一以指导电网的发展,另一方面也可避免不必要的电网建设从而节省投资。This paper describes the fundamental principles as well as the main method of open- loop. Taking Jinan 500kV/220kV electromagnetic ring for example, in accordance with its present situation and long-term network planning, the open-loop operation mode is suggested and effect is analyzed, which not only unifies the network planning and open-loop planning rationally to guide the development of electrical network, but also avoids unnecessary construction to save investment.
