摘　　要：为了降低小井眼钻井作业风险,提高固井质量,对152.4 mm井眼液压扩眼器结构原理和力学性能进行了研究,并制作了样机。152.4 mm井眼液压扩眼器主要由上接头、螺旋扶正套、环形剃刀组件、固定套、摩擦环及下接头等组成。对样机的压耗、刀翼张开、刀翼自动收回及强制收回等功能进行了验证,同时对扩眼效果进行了预评估。验证结果表明,该液压扩眼器的压耗约为1.38 MPa,小于计算的最大压耗1.96 MPa,满足现场作业需求;液压扩眼器能够实现正扩眼、倒扩眼和随钻扩眼作业,正扩眼和倒扩眼井径均达到190.5 mm以上,井径较规则,扩眼效果较好;在随钻扩眼中,刀翼张开最大扭矩达到14 kN·m。To reduce the drilling risk of slim holes and improve the cementing quality, research on the structural principle and mechanical property of the hydraulic reamer for Ф152.4 mm hole was conducted. The prototype was produced. The reamer mainly consists of upper joint, spiral centralizing sleeve, annular razor component, fixing sleeve, friction ring and lower joint. The verification was carried out with respect to the functions of the prototype, such as pressure loss, blade opening, automatic withdrawal and forced withdrawal. Meanwhile, the pre-evaluation of the reaming effect was carried out. The verification shows that the pressure loss of the reamer is 1.38 MPa which is smaller than 1.96 MPa, namely the calculated maximum pressure loss and thus satisfies the field operating requirement. The hydraulic reamer can conduct normal reaming, reverse reaming and reaming while drilling. The well diameter of normal and reverse reaming goes above 190. 5 trim. The borehole is regular and the reaming effect is good. In reaming while drilling, the maximum torque of blade opening reaches 14 kN · m.
