摘　　要：为了提高水平井水力喷射多级压裂工具的可靠性和耐用性,增加单井喷射压裂级数,研制了多级压裂喷射器及配套工具。水平井水力喷射多级压裂管柱主要由安全接头、内滑套喷射器、无滑套喷射器及单流阀总成等组成。喷嘴采用整体式喷嘴,材质为钨钴硬质合金,内壁有1层耐磨陶瓷合金强化层,可增大过砂量、加大压裂规模;内滑套进行渗氮处理,提高了内表面的耐冲蚀性能。现场应用结果表明,喷射压裂工具的使用性能可靠,喷嘴的扩径很小,且耐磨性能良好,得到了用户的认可。To improve the reliability and durability of horizontal hydraulic, jet muhistage fracturing tool and increase single-well jet fracturing series, the multistage fracturing jet device and matching tool were developed. The horizontal hydraulic jet muhistage fracturing string mainly consists of safety sub, internal sleeve jet device, sleeveless jet device and check valve assembly. The nozzle adopts all integrated style. Its inner wall has a strengthened ceramal layer which helps increase sand-passing volume and fracturing scale. The internal sliding sleeve conducts nitriding treatment, improving the erosion resistance of internal surface. The field application shows that the service performance of the tool is reliable, the expansion of the nozzle is very slight and the wear resistance is desirable. It has obtained extensive acclaims from users.
