摘  要:为了解决游梁式抽油机与驱动电机的合理匹配问题,分析了游梁式抽油机的运动、动力特性和驱动电机的工作特性,建立了完整的游梁式抽油机与驱动电机的耦合模型,提出了采用循环迭代的方法求解抽油机与驱动电机之间的高度耦合问题。利用仿真软件得到抽油机与驱动电机匹配的动态变化规律,通过实测数据和仿真结果的对比分析,验证了抽油机与驱动电机的耦合模型及其求解方法的准确性和实用性。抽油机与驱动电机的耦合模型为抽油机与驱动电机合理匹配原则的提出奠定了理论基础。To solve the problem of reasonable matching of beam pumping unit and driving motor, an analysis of the kinetic and dynamic properties of the unit and the operating property of the motor was carried out. The complete coupling model of the unit and the motor was established. It was pointed out that the circulation iterative method could be adopted to solve the problem of high coupling between pumping unit and driving motor. The simulation software was used to obtain the dynamic variation law of the unit and motor matching. A comparative analysis of measured data and simulation result verified the accuracy and practicality of the coupling model and its solution method. The model has laid the theoretical foundation for tire formulation of the principle for the reasonable matching between the unit and the motor.
