摘  要:四川气田合川须家河纵向上具有多层段、薄互层的特点。为了提高单井产量,需要有效地发挥纵向上多个层段、薄层的产气能力。基于此,开展了连续管底部封隔环空分层压裂工具技术攻关,形成了多种定型工具产品。连续管底部封隔分层压裂工具管柱主要由套管接箍定位器、机械封隔器、压力平衡阀、喷砂射孔工具、扶正器、丢手接头及连续管接头组成。针对直井、斜井和水平井不同井型,套管接箍定位器可选择不同的定位块和弹簧进行组装,定位感应力可调。现场应用结果表明,工具能保证作业后井筒的完整性,封隔器坐封、密封可靠,解卡转层快速,接箍定位器定位精准,判断显示明显,施工中途砂堵可应急反冲砂解堵。The Xujiahe formation in Hechuan of Sichuan Gasfield is vertically characterized by multiple intervals and Ihin interbeds. To improve single-well production, it is necessary to increase gas production capacity of multiple intervals and thin layers longitudinally. Therefore, a technological breakthrough was made with respect to the CT bottom annular pack-off layered fracturing tool. The tool string mainly consists of casing coupling locator, mechanical packer, pressure balance valve, sand jet perforator, centralizer, release sub and coiled tubing sub. In light of different types of wells such as straight well, deflected well and horizontal well, the casing coupling locator can select different locating blocks and springs to assemble. The locating induction force is adjustable. The field application shows that the tool can guarantee the integrity of the borehole after operation. The setting and sealing of packer are reliable. The packer releasing and layer switching are rapid. The location of coupling locator is precise with a noticeable display of judgment. The sand plug in midway operation can be removed by emergency back sand washing.
